SHIPPING
Currently, shipping is only available within Canada. Free standard shipping applies to online orders over $250.00 Canadian (before tax) and must be selected in cart at time of purchase. Free shipping applies to online orders only. Any shipping of furniture and/or lighting is excluded from free shipping offer.
Orders ship within 5-7 business days, provided all items are available in stock. Items “on order” or “backordered” will be shipped within 5-7 business days once stock is available.
Orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified.
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process. Applicable provincial taxes are based on the value of the product ordered.
You will be notified by email when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to follow.
Should you refuse any shipments from Valerianne Luxury, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, regardless if originally shipped free of charge to you. This amount will be subtracted from your product refund.
If you choose to PICK UP your items from our Calgary location, an email notification will be sent advising when your order is ready for pick up. This option must be selected at the time of purchase. Please Note: you must provide the following at time of pick up:
- A copy of the order invoice received at time of purchase.
- Photo ID to match the name and/or address on the billing details
