Refund policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your linens as much as we love ours, so to avoid having to make exchanges or returns, please review product sizes before making your purchase.
Before making a return, please notify us by email (Tuesday through Friday 10am-5pm) at returns at valerianneofcalgary@telus.net. A Canada Post return shipping label will be sent to you via email.
We offer refunds or exchanges within 10 business days of the client receiving the product. This is verified by Canada Post delivery notification (and signature when available).
All items being returned will be subject to the following:
- Refund equals cost of goods returned less the cost of return shipping, including orders that originally received free shipping.
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are not refunded.
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to all merchandise that has to be pressed and/or repackaged.
- We do not accept items back that have been washed or used.
- For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items duvets, pillows, featherbeds or mattress protectors. This includes down, silk, wool and cotton items.
- We do not accept returns on custom orders, which include custom sizes, custom stitch colours and non-regular stocked items.
- Items discounted at 20% or higher are FINAL SALE.
After goods are inspected to ensure in sellable condition, applicable amount will be refunded or credit note issued within 30 days of receiving the items back.
All items must be returned to the mailing address below via CANADA POST shipping label provided.
